South Coast "Halfway" Fire (6-9 December 2002)

Fire Area: approx 8000 hectares

Taskforce 1 left Canberra at about 10am on Friday 6/12/02 and returned at about 1.30pm on Monday 9/12/02.

Taskforce 2 left Canberra at 3am on Saturday 7/12/02 and returned at about 9.30pm on Monday 9/12/02.

At Moruya Taskforce 1 worked the night shift, and Taskforce 2 worked the day shift.
