| With Extreme Fire Weather being predicted, a Total Fire Ban was declared for five days. Briefings were conducted to prepare for this deterioration, but timely suppression of the fires was recognised as being very difficult. Fire was still actively burning towards the Brindabella Valley, | with NSW units continuing to work on the back burn into the valley. The fire at Bendora jumped its containment lines in the northern corner but new lines were put in with back burning and aerial support to hold them. |
